The large backyard features an amazing saltwater pool and spa, BBQ, hammock, ping-pong table, patio cover with misting system, fire pit table, and outdoor dining. The house features four large bedrooms with king and queen beds. Each room is beautifully decorated with modern touches, while the large living room provides a sectional couch that can seat your group comfortably to watch the latest flick, or the big game that you've all been waiting for.

The open concept layout of this property offers great space for entertaining and socializing. You`ll enjoy the indoor/outdoor living with sliding glass doors that open wide to the pool and fairway. Large windows in each room allow for amazing light and terrific views even while inside the home!

The living room features a large smart TV, fireplace, oversized couch, and family friendly games located inside the built-in cabinets. It's the perfect area to unwind with one another after a long day of fun outside.

The kitchen is completely stocked to be a cook`s dream! You'll find everything you`ll need to make a delicious gourmet meal. Show off your cocktail recipes after you've chilled your favorite beverages in one of the two wine fridges off the kitchen. Drinks for everyone!!

The oversized backyard is the main hangout spot. It features entertainment or relaxing options for everyone. The large greenbelt around the backside of the pool makes for a great area to play catch or enjoy other yard games of your choice. The pool and spa are also excellent options for lounging in the sun! You can also enjoy time visiting underneath the expansive patio cover that also supports ceiling fans and a misting system for those hot summer days.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
