Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather all the used body and face towels and place them on the bed in the main bedroom!
Turn OFF all the lights, TV’s, stove, oven, indoor fire-place and all powered devices!
Lock the house door and return the keys in the lockbox using the same pin provided at check-in!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No smoking inside the house ! Smoking only in the courtyard or on the patio ! Ashtrays are located outside on the patio on the window sill !
- Leave the street shoes on the shoe rack as you enter inside the house !
- Do not use the heating function of the electric indoor fire-place ! The house is heated by the central heating system provided through the floor !
