Comfortable and clean, charming traditional family home.

Very peaceful and secure surrounded by nature.We stayed two weeks ,6 adults during July and the house and kitchen were perfectly equipped for home cooked meals. There is a handy shop open 24 hours just 3 mins walk from your front door on the main town square.The location is stunning with Carpathian Mountain views all around. We particularly loved the covered veranda which was perfect to watch the dramatic thunderstorms. From the house its Just 10 mins walk to Zarnesty train station. We took the train (very affordable tickets) to Brasov several times to visit the centre and the excellent water park and also to Rasnov for the Dinosaur Park (well worth a visit).Liberty bear sanctuary and Bran castle are not far away (both less than 30min by car).Highly Recommend Casa Rustica Restaurant in Zarnesty for Romanian food.

2 day break in Brasov

Property was amazing. If a little tricky to get to. Beautiful apartment with wonderful views. Beds very comfortable - a great nights sleep for us all. Check in process felt like it was going to be complicated but ended up being very easy. Loved Brasov! If coming again would definitely book this apartment.

Relaxing in the mountains

Enjoyed our stay in the alpine retreat. Great place for walks and exploring the nearby city of Brasov and Bran from. Only tricky bit which isn't hosts fault is that the road leading up to the property takes a bit of navigating if you don't have a 4x4.
