Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Booked two nights and left after one. The listing photographs do not show this property's current condition, the walls in the main living areas are covered floor to ceiling in marker writing, which appears in no listing photo and is not mentioned in the description.A junction box in the bathroom had exposed wire ends. The basement bathroom has no ceiling. A doorknob came off in my hand. The cleaning fee had not been earned: an ashtray of ash was left on the furniture and the blinds were heavily soiled.I requested a refund and was refused. A significant damage charge was then applied to my card the day after checkout. Photographs from arrival attached.

The graffiti wall is definitely posted you just didn’t pay attention but it wasn’t a problem because u or your guest wrote on it as well it’s also posted enjoy the wall ???? an now it’s a problem after u guys where charged for damages to the bathroom shower knobs being broken ??? the air conditioner was wiped and new ash treys where provided as well as the window ledge was wiped also … after that was all taking care of there was still a problem ? also there are a lot of homes with unfinished basements which isn’t a problem because here that’s how these homes are as far as an exposed wire it’s stapled to the beams and out the way with connector covers on them so these issues aren’t issues u literally went looking for something for no reason but again what was so calls dirty was cleaned and the blinds wet from the air conditioner like you & your guest are rude nasty evil people who don’t know how to speak to people an even pulled the Karen card and call the cops on me which is grounds for removal which is stated in the rules (no police contact) Also let’s not state how you calls the day u arrive stating that there was someone in the basement (1am) after yall had been there for hours, an I had to come there to assure u there was no one there…. moments before I arrived you calls and said oh there’s no one here we checked it so u don’t have to come(there was like 4 men in the home who cold have did that before contacting me ) specially when you guys knew there was no one there !!!!!?????
