We also own Homeaway Property #9320085 "Chateau Relaxo Deux" which is the condo right next door for families traveling together.

"Chateau Relaxo" is an end unit condo located on the top floor that has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Atlantic Beach. The unit is located in the sound side community of Bogue Shores Suites. With convenient ocean access directly across the street and the Inter-coastal Waterway in the complex's backyard, this condo will not disappoint. Days at "Chateau Relaxo" can be spent beach side fishing, reading, and building sandcastles or at the community pool which is one of the largest on the island. Evenings turn into cooking on the communal grills with a cold drink and beautiful sound view.

The condo's remodeled bathroom has a corner shower with full size vanity/sink. It also features a new pillow top King Mattress and is equipped with a brand new 50 inch Vizio Smart TV, two burner stove, toaster oven, and fold out dinette. The kitchen and bathroom have granite counter-tops throughout. Sleeper Sofa converts into a Queen Bed with mattress pad for additional guests if needed.

Enjoy a night out at delicious seafood restaurants and visit local shops. Many attractions await in Atlantic Beach and the surrounding areas. We welcome you and look forward to your next visit.

Why they chose this property

We love Bogue Shores Suites. The facility is clean, well maintained and family friendly. The community offers a large pool and a small kiddie pool in addition to a gazebo, grills, and porch swings to watch the boats go by. There is plenty of open grass areas for family corn hole tournaments.

What makes this property unique

This property has a boat ramp. You will have to pay 150.00 per week in advance to use the ramp but you will love not having to wait in line at the local boat ramps. Payments and arrangements have to be made with owner prior to arrival. Also, must bring proof of boat insurance.

This facility also has room for your kayaks and bikes. And, if you dont have a bike, dont worry! There are bike rental companies located just a couple of miles from this facility.
