I’m sorry the house wasn’t up to your standards. However, the information for the chairs and grill locks are in the welcome letter that was sent to your email. As well as the WiFi information that is also in the welcome letter. As far as the hair the home does not allow pets nor did we find any hair anywhere in the beds when making them as I clean the homes myself. We also wash and dry the linens ourselves and inspect them to make sure they are acceptable to be put in the homes. Furthermore you didn’t reach out to me to let me know that anything was wrong or else I would’ve gladly been able to correct it. Thank you Madison
