There is one master bedroom with a California King bed, walk-in closet, and a built in shower and bathtub with two sinks.
There are two guest bedrooms with queen size beds but only one has a large walk-in closet.
The living room has a 82in tv and wireless surround sound system. Inside the storage closet under the stairs there is a box with games like monopoly and billiards equipment if you are interested.
Connected to the dining room there is a game room with a legendary Brunswick Gold Crown billiards table and all the equipment needed to play as well as an electronic dart board.
There is a large grassy backyard with a huge Pergola covering a patio with seating and a BBQ island for cooking and relaxing.
