Nice upstairs unit in a duplex located within the first block to the beach. This unit is just a short walk to the numerous restaurants and shops of the Newport Beach pier and boardwalk. Featuring a small front balcony and a unique roof-top deck that has an ocean view great for watching waves or a summer sunset. Includes 2 car garage parking, inside washer-dryer, A/C, and dishwasher.

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: In accordance with Newport Beach Municipal Code 5.95.045 the minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and the guest of age must be present and reside in the unit for the duration of rental. Each reservation requires a completed guest portal which includes ID verification and a signed rental agreement.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem shared garage parking.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, etc.

Great location for our family stay, very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, a great rooftop to enjoy the views, parking for 2 cars and air-condition is a huge plus. There could be some upgrades done to the inside of the property. For example the dining room table has a glass top that needs to be secured to the legs or even a different table would be better. Updated working utensils in the drawers would be very helpful and perhaps a few more plates and cups. This is our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed our family time very much. We definitely would recommend this property and would stay here again.

GREAT LOCATION, Short walk to Newport Pier and beach. Unit was overall very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The keypad for the garage entry roll-up door and side door never worked, so we had to always have a garage opener with us to access the garage. Having 2 spots in the garage was a plus because anyone who has vacationed in Newport knows how the parking is. I liked the fact that the washer and dryer were in the unit; it made laundry convenient. The kitchen had sharp knives, that made me happy. There was only one large sauté frying pan, and I never could find a lid to fit, so I ended up using a baking sheet. The other medium-large frying pans need to be replaced; they were not usable. Overall one of the nicest/ cleanest kitchens I've used on a Newport Vacy. There were just a few things I didn't enjoy that made the stay a little awkward. The master bedroom is located under the "rooftop deck" that is provided for the downstairs unit. If your neighbors downstairs are hanging out on the roof when you want to go to bed, it can be challenging. The WIFI was horrible, we were better off turning off the WIFI on our phones and using our own data, watching the TV in the master bedroom was impossible the TV kept loosing connection. The unit sleeps 6 however, kitchen table only seats 4, dinning/living room is not functional for 6 people. Couch only seats 3 and there are 2 swivel chairs. Overall the location AWESOME with just a few minor setbacks.

Location! Location! Location!

Perfectly located to the beach, restaurants and close to lots of attractions! We had an awesome stay while attending a family reunion and continuing our celebration of our 50th Wedding Anniversary! The unit was quiet, clean and had all amenities listed. We really missed our La-Z-Boy recliners, however, we loved relaxing on the fabulous roof top deck!

Great place but…

This was my 3rd year at this property and it’s amazing. However, a prior guest must’ve brought a cat with them because my allergies were going crazy, especially in the master bed, until I washed all the linens, and even then there was definitely cat dander throughout the unit.

Perfect Beach Rental

Property was a very close to everything Newport Beach has to offer. A very short walking distance to the Pier and all the establishments. The property came with a tandem garage that fit 2 medium sized SUVs and the house itself was quite large. The upstairs patio was perfect for gathering and enjoying the sights.

Great beach condo!

The condo is about 1/2 block from the beach, and it is a great beach to learn to surf. We literally put on our wetsuits on the balcony and then walked to the beach. It was nice to be able to go back and forth from the beach to the house without packing everything and dealing with parking. Having a dedicated parking spot in the garage was also great since parking is scarce around there. The garage was plenty long enough to hold surfboards and bikes as well as one car. We had a mini van which was tight on the width but it fit. The house was also clean and well decorated. There seemed to be some parties at nearby condos, but Newport Beach has strict noise laws so we never were kept awake by noise. The property management company was very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay and would definitely come here again.

Great guy forgot his name 1st night started off crazy host handle it right away

Well the first night was crazy experience the power went out from 8:00 PM until 1:42am so we sat in dark wasn’t Anyone for fault everyone in the area power went host was Awesome the way he handled it he told me he would refund me everything if I decided to leave even though my trip was not Refundable Not only that he refunded me a day back to my credit card great host thanks again for the credit back to card But the place was very clean bathrooms we’re very clean great location for your family definitely stay again nice clean beach not a lot bums around great restaurant shopping food ice cream bike rental great parking even for Suv

Not Quite What We Expected

The place was not very clean. The carpet and mattress on the lower bunk bed need to be replace. The location was good but the road and the alley were loud. Several of the window screens were missing or ripped so keeping windows open was difficult. I feel the photos were misleading based off of the current condition.

Great Place

This place was great with all the amenities inside the unit and out from the rooftop patio/bbque to washer/dryer. Beds were really comfy. The added bonus was the garage so you don't have to fight for a spot on the street. Loved the location with it being so close to the beach, restaurants, pubs, markets and some shopping.
