NEW Midtown Rossland Studio Apartment
Newly renovated, completely separate ~450 square foot studio apartment in the ideal central midtown location! A mere block from the center of downtown, with amazing access to all of the local shops, restaurants, grocery store, bakeries/coffee shops. Free parking, secure ski & bike storage, bike wash, and all the amenities you`ll need to have a great getaway! We`re located along the free ski shuttle bus route as well. Seldom a need to drive anywhere if you don`t want to. The Flying Steamshovel Gastropub is just up the street (as is Blue Agave Latin food!), and the Rossland Beer Company is just down the street, for example. The fabulous Ferraro`s grocery store is a mere block away. Just to name a few excellent quick-access amenities. Not to mention direct access to the amazing trail networks right from our doorstep! Full kitchen, full bath, in-unit laundry, A/C, high-speed WiFi, large flat-screen TV (w Roku), queen-sized bed, pull-out sofa, lounge area, BBQ, and firepit to enjoy.
High ceilings, plenty of natural light from south-facing windows, and lots of warm interior lighting as well. Separate entrance with keypad access. Fully equipped kitchen, full bath with your own in-unit laundry, comfy queen-sized bed with sparkling clean bedding, and a pull-out sofa. High-speed WiFi, large TV (w/Roku), lockable ski/bike storage, bike wash station/repair stand, off-street parking. Located centrally in town, but on a private and nicely landscaped property. An outdoor lawn/patio space available for your use in the summer with a fire pit as well (sometimes available in winter too when we decide to dig it out). Well-insulated interior space that is cozy and warm in the winter, and cool and comfortable in the summer. Two public electric vehicle charging stations are located mere 75 meters down the street.
We reside on the property in a separate, but attached apartment, and are often available to assist as needed, answer questions, or provide helpful local advice if you like. That said, we know many people want to unwind on holiday and don`t need us. We`re around only as much as you desire us to be! We like people though, and are happy to socialize, so don`t hesitate! :-)
Quiet hours 11pm to 7am, no sports equipment in the apartment (secure storage space provided), no extra unauthorized overnight guests. House rules are also printed for your reference inside the apartment.

Our location is ideal, central, convenient, highly walkable to all of the local downtown Rossland restaurants and retail businesses. You can park your car here and not use it again for most purposes.
What makes this property unique
We are located along a main bicycle path that takes you right up to one of the main trailheads, and also located along the free ski-shuttle-bus route to Red Mountain! We are downtown, but also set back from the street and quiet with a landscaped shaded yard, including a BBQ grill, hammock, adirondack/muskoka chairs, and a great outdoor firepit where you can share stories of the day with your hosts or other guests. We have secure bike/ski/gear storage for our guests, and you have your own key.
