City lights, Thumb Butte, Granite Mountain and spectacular sunsets can be seen from the deck that is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. This home has been upgraded throughout with a gourmet kitchen and Jenn-Aire appliances. You will feel like you have fallen into the lap of luxury the moment you walk through the door. Did I mention the Wine Cave or that the master has a fireplace? Also, an Outdoor grill. Executive Home with a Small-Town Price! If you do decide to leave this beautiful home, you can venture to downtown Prescott for shopping or nearby lakes for a little kayaking. There are also a lot of great mountain hiking trails to explore. No pets allowed except for service animals.
