Happy Valley is one of the safest and most upscale neighborhoods in the Portland area. It is also one of the most convenient. 20 minutes from the Airport, 5 minutes from all the shopping you can conceive of, and surrounded by endless international cuisine of all types. Did I mention the view? A drive through Happy Valley and you will see multiple volcanoes, the Cascade range, and various small mountains that dots the Portland area. We hope you love Happy Valley as much as we do!
