Your Own 25 ft Private Dock — Direct Canal Access

The standout feature is the home's 25 ft private dock with direct access to the canal — ideal if you're bringing your own boat or renting one locally. You can reach open water quickly to enjoy world-class fishing, snorkeling, and exploring the Keys by water. Please note the dock does not have water or electric hookups.

For anglers, the home includes a bait freezer and dedicated trailer parking — a rare, practical combination that makes bringing your boat effortless.

As our guest, you'll enjoy access to The Cabana Club, a private oceanfront facility with a heated pool, private beach, lounge seating, and dining and bar service — a favorite way to end a day on the water.
