Near the ocean and Fort Bragg

It was a nice getaway for a weekend. Great location near the beach and a short drive to Fort Bragg. We liked that the dogs were welcome too.

Beautiful and out of the way.

Beautiful house and area. Loves that we could walk out the door and into sand dunes all the way to the ocean. House was well supplied and the hot tub was great on the cool nights. Two quibbles: without a heater, the mornings were cold and we didn't want to start a fire in the stove if we were going somewhere that day. Also, the beds smelled like dog because the comforter covers were not laundered. Other than that, it was perfect.

Dunes house

First the was very dirty, like the placed had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was lock on the spa,so we could not lock it when we left.We lost water because someone didn't change a part on the well pump. We call and Kat Kengan came and got the water going again. That is just a few of the issues we had. We requested that we get some of our money back. I will stay on this until I get a refund of some kind. I'm not happy about this at all. If I don't hear back about some kind if a refund on this rental I'll be in touch in a few days. Sandra ken
