A coastal lodge for all seasons!

Why stay at a hotel when you can have an estate! You will love this unique home! Huge windows everywhere with a lot of natural light. 3 bedrooms and one open loft bedroom, 5 acres of land, huge grassy areas, a pond, 2 apple orchards. Starlink WIFI and a backup generator. BBQ, gas fire pit, indoor pool, a game room with bar and pool table, and a fish cleaning station. A huge living room with a gigantic fireplace. We are a close walk or drive to the beach. This home is even better than pictured! Absolute Perfection!!! Why stay in a one room hotel when you can have all this!!!!!

This house was absolutely Amazing and Beautiful. It was the perfect setting for my family and I!

You can tell from the minute you pull up to the property how special and amazing this property is for a family to enjoy a beautiful getaway. Everyone in the family from ages 3 - Adult had something to always be doing and laughing or smiling the entire time. This is an Amazing little Gem we definitely planning coming back to

Spectacular view

We enjoyed our stay at this property, despite being rainy most days, we enjoyed the view, the peace and quiet, the amenities kept us busy indoors. On one sunny day, we were able to walk around the property which was enjoyable. We had a visit from 2 herons, 2 ducks, a hawk, 2 crows, a rabbit and a stray dog. Unfortunately the hawk kept swooping by scaring the ducks and the heron away. The living room was great for movie night or just watching the fire! We all fit just fine and the reclining chairs was a plus! We hope to come back another time!

I am born and raised in Fort Bragg and I moved away after high school. My family travels a lot and we love a beautiful place to stay when we travel. As a family, we love to ski, golf, read, hike, travel and exercise. This home is filled with love and we are sharing it with others until we move here permanently. It has been a corporate rental until now and it just came open again for you to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

This is a family home built and loved by our family. It is our serenity and we want to share this with others.

What makes this property unique

It is very peaceful here. Whether you like to enjoy a libation on one of the many patios or walk the grounds, it is very relaxing. Lots of natural light and this home was made for making memories. We also own a private airstrip for small planes. They do not fly often or at night, but it is fun to see them every now and then.
