The Primary Suite is 24’ x 19’, overlooking the pool & spa surrounded by French doors on three sides. Custom fireplace wall finishes imported from Nepal and Argentina, the tile in the Primary Suite is imported from Spain, bringing out the intense beauty of this home.

Custom furnishings were hand picked or custom made for this property, nothing was overlooked to bring out a combination of Old World/Spanish/Modern Industrial feel throughout the entire property.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Last item before leaving - load all towels in washer including dish towels. Place 1- 2 pods(provided) depending on load in washer. Begin wash on normal cycle. No need to wait
Strip Beds and put bottom, top sheet, and one pillow case in left over pillow case. Total 4.. shams stay on other pillows. Set sheets bedside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A signed Pet Policy required Additional Pet Damage deposit required (different from pet fee)
A signed Rental agreement (pt 2) is required to finalize all bookings. Rental agreement due on the date posted on the rental agreement.
The rental agreement must be returned and fully completed, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and refunded.

Our host was very responsive. There when we checked in and gave very accurate instructions. The private pool and spa was lovely. The pool surroundings were also very nice. The location and proximity to downtown PS was great. We were there for two weeks and didn't rent a car. We were able to walk to most things and could Uber if needed. The layout of the house was nice and perfect for two people.

Casa Zahara was wonderful! Jym’s home was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed. The backyard pool and spa were completely secluded from the hustle and bustle of all the action that Palm Springs has to offer and were a nice way to start and end our days. Casa Zahara was just a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and shops which made coming and going from our trips up Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon drives throughout the day easy and convenient. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Palm Springs!

This is the perfect Palm Springs vacation home for a couple. The location is within walking distance of Palm Canyon Drive with wonderful restaurants and shops. You are also in close proximity to both waterfall and Palm oasis hikes. I like to run, and there is a wonderful bike and walking path about a quarter mile away. This home is incredibly spacious and well decorated with a rustic Spanish flair. We loved sitting, reading or doing yoga on the back patio near the pool and listening to the waterfall, and cozying up in the evenings at the fire pit in front of the house. We also loved that there was a gas fireplace in the bedroom. A very special home in a beautiful city.

I am a local owner, I do not use property managers, I tend to every detail from updating and maintaining the property between every guest arrival to doing my own inspections after the house has been cleaned, in addition, I meet and greet every guest so they are familiar with all the electronics and technical aspects of the house. My response time is instant ensuring that each and every guest has a memorable stay.


I have dedicated my career to the hospitality industry, working at prestigious hotels such as the Ritz Carlton. My passion has always been to provide my guests the best in service and quality, attention to detail and always anticipating needs. I give you my home to enjoy.

I purchased this property in August of 2012, immediately I had a vision of what I felt this home should represent. I added on a Primary Suite, renovated the interior of the home giving it an open and larger feeling, modernized to today's world, but kept the charm of 1930's Spanish architecture. Located on the edge of Warms Sands, the convenience of walking or biking to everything downtown is there. Bars/Pubs 3 blocks, restaurants 2 blocks, Townies(Local coffee/bagel house) 3 blocks, Antique Mall 4 blocks, Banks 2 blocks, and so much more.
