This oceanfront 5th floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath Villamare villa offers fabulous ocean views. You will have no problem relaxing while listening to the waves of the Atlantic from either of the two oceanfront balconies, accessed from both bedrooms and the living room. The open floor plan allows for ocean views from every room and ample space for group gatherings, while the bedrooms provide private retreats. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. The living room is equipped with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings, and a queen sleeper sofa. The king master suite offers a private bathroom with granite counters, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with two double beds and a private bathroom with granite counters, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub. This villa's amazing views will make you want to stay longer!

Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean. It's convenient to all the amenities Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head offer. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, as well as two gorgeous oceanfront pools. You can't go wrong with Villamare!

*HALLWAY FLOOR PAINTING TO BEGIN APRIL 13, starting with Building 3. Crews will work from the 5th floor downward. Each building is expected to take approximately one week to complete.
What to Expect
• Work hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Areas with cracks or holes will be sanded; this process will involve dust and loud noise.
• The painting process takes approximately one hour per area. Wet areas will be clearly marked and reopened once dry.
• A strong paint odor should be expected and may linger for up to two hours.

Great place!

Loved the condo location and resort. Layout is perfect for two couples. Condo was not as clean as we would have wanted and a few things need repair

Nice condo/location

Check in was great. Wonderful location in the complex and best view. Grounds kept up very well. Great island community. Enjoyed complimentary use of bikes and beach chairs. Condo could use a bit of updating and this is the first rental we have had in the past 30 years that did not supply salt and pepper. Not a huge deal but a bit odd/skimpy.

Villamare Favorite!

This was our 2nd year at Villamare and definitely our favorite so far. Great views from the room of both the beach and pool area. Condo was super nice and clean. Great area to ride bikes around hilton head and the bike rental location is very close to the condo. Only one thing I would change about the condo is the TV's. It was very confusing at times to get the cable working. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.

Villamare condo.

The Villamare property overall is nice.The new pool area is beautiful and very well done.Great location.Palmetto Dunes is centrally located on Hilton Head, so it’s easy to get to everything. The condo is fairly well updated, however the shower in the second bedroom is tiny. And the shower/toilet area in the master bedroom is cramped. The water dispenser on the refrigerator was broken off, so we were unable to have filtered water and used bottled water for the week. Otherwise the furniture was in good condition, bed was comfortable and the view is great.

Perfect Family Get Away

The condo had a great split floor plan, beautiful views from every window and the unit was well furnished to meet our needs for our week stay. We enjoyed meals on the balcony and grilled out one evening at the outdoor grill area. Beach access was convenient and close.

Disappointing

Let me start with the pros, view great and the washer and dryer are new that’s it. We walk in and saw dust bunnies on the floor. Hand prints on the sliders. A women’s beach dress found under the dresser in second bedroom. This condo is in need of a paint job. The faucets on both vanities have a lime deposit making them hard to turn. The furniture is old. We are surprised that VRBO and the Vacation Company would rent a place in this condition. Not worth the money we spent for two weeks. Pictures are very misleading.

Great couple getaway

This is a nicely furnished and well-kept unit. Being on the top floor, provides a beautiful view of the pool area and the beach. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony every morning. There was no outside noise and we had very peaceful nights. This unit was a great getaway vacation to a great location. We especially enjoyed bringing our bikes to ride around the area. We hope to be able to come back soon!

1503 Villamare

What a wonderful condo on HHI! The view from this condo is hard to beat. We had a little bit of a snag when we arrived and the pin for the keypad wouldn’t work, but it was handled (after business hours!) in a matter of minutes. Clean condo with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo and will keep it in mind for any future endeavors to HHI. The Vacation Company was SO easy to work with throughout the entire process.

Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath!

We had a great time and beautiful weather! We used the outside grills two times and they were always clean and ready to go! The Co do was clean and we'll stocked only wish there was a bigger stock pot for a fresh shrimp boil. We would also have loved more coffee mugs and silverware in kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable but the other bedroom o ly had 2 full beds not queen so a little tight for two adults to sleep. Overall great location!

Phenomenal Ocean View Condo!!

My husband and I had a fabulous time staying in this ocean view condo! When we go on vacation, one of our main requirements is to see and hear the ocean 24/7 and this condo delivered! The space was nicely updated and very comfortable! We have visited HHI four times now and twice at Villamare. This unit, by far, was the best!! We are always impressed with how clean HHI is everywhere! We were able to order rental bikes online and they were delivered promptly the next day! You can't beat riding bikes on HHI's beaches! We will definitely be back again!
