Great Beach Place

The house was perfect for our family. With 15 people we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beach and pool. Vacation Company very professional. Communications at check in, during our stay and checking out were simple and easy.

Property manager is amazing, was very quick to respond to minor issues. House was very clean! Incredible views and great layout for everyone to have their own area. Best equipped kitchen We have ever rented. Would absolutely rent again

Great location, house needs work.

Location is perfect. Home needs maintenance, laundry list of broken not working items. Expected better for the price, but the location could not have been better.

Great house on beach with pool with 7 bedrooms & 7 baths

Beautiful property! We loved this house & it worked great for our family of 14 so everyone had their own bedroom & bath. The main great room is perfect for gathering. The pool area is wonderful & had enough chairs for everyone. Beach chairs & pool toys were great. (The spa never worked the whole week even after several repair visits & was disappointing but we were reimbursed for this issue. The kitchen shelves where the glasses and dishes are kept were really dusty and needs cleaned.) We would book this house again.

Beautiful home with good service

The home was beautiful and in a great location, with the pool and beach right outside (public beach, but a very private stretch when we were there in terms of crowds!) and walking distance to the Coligny Plaza for shops, ice cream, etc. A five minute walk down the beach was a fun tiki bar and it was a short drive to Sea Pines and Harbour Town, which we all loved, esp the kids. We had a few hiccups during our stay but found that the management company was highly responsive, always answered the phone and made sure to fix any issues (ex., the buttons on the jacuzzi didn't work and the pool co came down and fixed.)

Primo location and accommodations

The home is just stunning and well maintained, and had some new amenities (this is our second time renting this property). The new pool bar is fantastic, and the karaoke machine was great fun. We, along with our grown children and their families had a wonderful stay and the house suited us all very comfortably. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen set up is a dream. It’s a short walking distance to town and we made many trips both walking and biking. The weather was perfect for any and all activities. We LOVED staying here. We did have some issues with the pool operation, and the property manager was very helpful and kind in his attention to the situation. Although we followed instructions regarding the heater, the spa and the filter itself, we still had to call daily for service until by week’s end, it was discovered that the thermostat had to be replaced. Problems with the pool did not however prevent the total enjoyment of it. Just one more down tic...we had to clean up several piles of dog feces before the kids could play in the yard. We are all looking forward to renting this property again. Ps: Just FYI...a few beach chairs/umbrellas would have been amazing...can’t bring them on a plane.

31 Dune is a lovely property. The open floor plan on the first floor is perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms are nicely appointed and each has its own bathroom. A big plus is it is an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The property is located on the beach but you can not see the water because of the dune. There was also an issue with garbage pickup. There were 10 overflowing trash cans in the garage when we arrived and no one picked it up until my 3rd phone call. Vacation Company tried very hard to fix the problem.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home! We have visited Hilton Head Island since 2004 and this is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in this far! The location is ideal, the home spacious and very well appointed and pool and outdoor areas perfect for fun in the sun.

Best Week

Our family had one of the best beach trips we've ever had last week. We were beyond blessed to have had the opportunity to rent this beautiful home. The pictures can't really do it justice! We loved being right on the beach. The house is also walkable distance to Coligny Square. We rented bikes for the week so we loved being able to ride and get ice cream each night after dinner. I would highly recommend renting this home to everyone.

The house is awesome. This is our 8th time staying on Hilton Head for vacation. Always have stayed in N. Forest Beach area, this house is by far the nicest we have stayed at. The layout was perfect for ages 2 to 87 years old. Each room is like a suite, clean and comfortable. The gathering area on the 2nd level was perfect for games and hanging out, with awesome views of the ocean. The main floor is also set up perfectly, the great room was spacious, the kitchen very well equipped, and access to the patio, also with great ocean views. The yard space and pool area was large and well maintained, with plenty of room to walk around. The house also has nice landscaping to give you privacy. Their were plenty of lounge chairs and three tables for dining outdoors, which was very appreciated. Ping Pong table in garage was fun for a raining day, and a generous supply of pool toys and beach toys. Location is perfect, easily within walking distance to Coligny Plaza and restaurants. In fact, Dune Lane is awesome for walking and biking, as it is not a main road, but a nice residiential road. It was perfect for bike riding and walking and we took the bikes a lot, as it seemed silly to drive the car. This by far, is my favorite house. Hope to be back next year.
