Beautiful setting right on the beach, complete with pool and hot tub. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. And the unit was set up in a way that anticipated everything we would need. Would definitely stay there again.

This house is beautiful and exactly what we expected! We loved having the option to hang out by the pool and enjoy the beach views if the weather was a little windy for an actual beach day. It’s also in a great location with all our shopping needs nearby. Paul and Marc are wonderful hosts: quick to communicate, easy to get ahold of, and checked in with us regularly to make sure all was good and up to our standards. It was our first time visiting Hilton Head and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of beach house. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Hilton Head.

Great place. On the beach with a lovely pool. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Quiet stretch of beach. We biked on the beach and paths. Extremely well stocked kitchen, beach and pool toys for kids, great host and manager. Thanks Marc and Paul !!

My family and I had a blast staying at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and came with every amenity we needed. The property owner and property manager were both very accessible when we had questions or needed anything and were eager to help. The property itself was easy to access and the check in process was simple. My family has been coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years and this was certainly a favorite trip, and much in part because of this lovely property!

The house was perfect for our family vacation! We loved being right on the beach and having our own pool. The location on the island was great too, convenient to getting everywhere and walking distance to Coligny. Communication from Paul, the property manager, was great and he was very responsive during our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation, and this house was the perfect place to spend time together and make special memories!The house was fantastic! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, while still having wonderful areas to gather together. The host and owner were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and available whenever we needed anything.Our absolute favorite part of the house was the pool and covered gazebo area. We spent time there every single day! The outdoor furniture was very comfortable, and having a fan and an additional umbrella made the space even more enjoyable. Even when it rained, we could relax and enjoy the pool area from underneath the gazebo. The refrigerator in the garage was another great touch—it was so convenient to have cold drinks right there by the pool!The kitchen and living room were spacious enough for our entire family to sit together, which we loved. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with everything we could possibly need, and we especially appreciated the filtered water system. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or host. The house, pool, location, and especially the hospitality were wonderful. We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to come back! We highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable, family-friendly home.

Location is perfect, amenities are great, impeccably clean, host is responsive and available if assistance is needed. Our family loved our stay, the view, the proximity to the beach, the heated pool, hot tub, pool table, so much to do. Biked into town and around the island and walked on the beach for miles each way. House is well stocked no need to purchase household items, bath towels are thick and luxurious, welcome gifts are very thoughtful. Perfect spot on the island. We will definitely stay again when next in HH with all our kids, they loved it!

Fun at the Beach

My family and I had a great time at the beach, swimming in the pool and riding our bikes to get ice cream. Marc, the owner, and Paul, the property manager, were extremely attentive and friendly. What a great place to create fun family memories.

Everything was first class. The house was beautiful, the amenities were wonderful from the shampoo and conditioner that was provided to the water chairs and tent for the beach. All of our needs were meet ! It was a wonderful week for the whole family.
