It is closed the rest of the year. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a coin operated communal laundry room on Floor 1 Parties are not allowed. Any additional guests not on the reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night. We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever. Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations and due to pet allergies. We do not have mail services to the condo. Long term rentals must set up a local P.O. Box. We strongly recommend travel insurance for any vacation, especially for ski trips due to weather unpredictability and the high activity level involved.
