While we don’t have air conditioning, the cool mountain air at night and ceiling fans in every room help keep things comfortable. Simply open the windows at night to let in the fresh air, then close them in the morning to keep the condo cool throughout the day.

We had an awesome stay in Steamboat this summer. The place was very comfortable with a full kitchen for cooking, good sized bedrooms and a nice deck overlooking the Yampa valley.I can still hear the nice stream below the deck bringing back great memories of the fresh mountain air and beautiful view relaxing on the deck.The best part of the property for us, however, is the location. Being so close to the mountain for hikes, summary movies on the mountain, and just taking a family walk over to sit in the grass.Great stuff!

We had a wonderful stay and the property was exactly was described online! Property manager was a great communicator and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better location, especially with little children. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great weekend getaway here! Perfect location right in the heart of Gondola Square. Easy access to many things and enjoyed coming back to the property to relax between activities. Lauren was great and we would love to come back in the future! Also, we loved the artwork!!

Great time in Steamboat

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Steamboat Springs. It was our first time visiting and we really enjoyed our visit. The condo was in a great location. We enjoyed the place as it was well stocked and close to the Wild Plum market. Lauren the owner is great, she was quick with responses to our inquiries. We would stay here again.

Designed for a Stay !

A super cozy and well-designed unit with amazing windows to catch the views, and a location which is pretty much unmatchable for the value. Enjoyed our stay, had pretty much everything needed, and it looked just like it did in the photos. Kids Bedroom a little tight if you had more than two teens but master bedroom had plenty room to hold extra luggage. Large living area and open kitchen was mostly enjoyable. Host was very contactable and helpful throughout our week stay.

Convenience and comfortable

Aside from wonderful communication with the owner throughout the entire reservation process, the renal was a few minutes walk to the gondolas. We loved this amenity as well as the ability to make meals in the efficient kitchen and enjoy the warm fireplace during our morning stretches and evening gatherings. The condo is smaller than anticipated but perfect for 4.

Wonderful ski condo Steamboat

We absolutely loved staying at your wonderful condo for the week. Location was fabulous and the condo was well appointed and meticulously clean. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. We were able to check in early which was extremely helpful. Lauren, our host was a great communicator. We highly recommend this condo for a family of 5 or 2 couples.

Cute Cabin Feel

The condo was well furnished, had coffee provided, was clean and quiet, provider was very responsive. A few maintenance items were needed such as water and ice dispenser in fridge did not work, and the heater was out. However the fireplace worked wonderfully and we happened to be there at a time that was not too cold at night yet. Would absolutely book this location again.

In general all was good. Unit:: Beds comfortable. Good location. Hot water plentiful. Living room area spacious. Laundry in unit great! Second bedroom needs more lighting and room darkening curtain. Needs hangers. Tons of kitchen gadgets— used the crock pot one night. Building:: One of hot tubs was always malfunctioning during our 2 week stay- towels not always available. Fire pit often not working/cleared. Ski storage unit convenient. On call shuttle a bonus- most we waited was 15/20 but usually within 5 minutes. Owner very easy to contact and was helpful in different ways.

Wonderful place but challenging in hot weather

Great condo with everything we needed. Nice layout, furnishings, and a good view. Comfy beds. Got lots of use out of the kitchen and the stackable washer/dryer. Location can’t be beat with the proximity to the Steamboat Gondola and a specialty grocery/liquor store and several restaurants across the street. Process to get unit access was easy. Liked that the complex has an elevator as it’s a fourth floor unit. Would highly recommend this unit for a winter stay. For a week long summer stay in July, the lack of air conditioning in the unit was a huge challenge for our family. We did not enjoy keeping the blinds closed during the day and loud fans going all the time. We were hot except in the evenings and mornings with the windows open. We knew there was no A/C when we rented the unit, but we didn’t realize how much we would value being cool and quiet in the afternoons with all the blinds open after a fun filled hot morning hiking, biking, etc. in the Steamboat outdoors. Again, great condo. We would rent this unit again were it winter time.

It was exactly what we needed

This apartment is very cozy and welcoming. This was our first stay in steamboat as a family. I could imagine in the winter how popular this area gets. But for middle of August It was nice and quit just what we needed. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and relaxing on the big couch. There is off-street parking, fireplace outside and 2 hot tubs. 2min to the Gondola and ski lifts makes me wanna return in the winter.

Very neat and tidy in a great location. Due to a very hot summer we were pretty hot during our stay. There is no air conditioning but there are a couple fans that helped.

Great stay with family

Property was a great location. Bedrooms were as described and they had toiletries available. They were doing some building maintenance, including painting of the exterior, which would have been nice to know about before, but in the end didn’t interfere with our stay. Had a great time as always in Steamboat!

We live most of the year in Denver however love spending much of our free time in Steamboat no matter the season! Our boys are 4, 6 & 11 and really enjoy all the adventures Steamboat has to offer.

As a Colorado native I have been visiting Steamboat since I was a child exploring all it's nooks and crannies.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location! Any time of year we have activities right outside our door. It is easy during ski season with the kiddos to come and go. The rest of year we can hike, bike, shop, eat out, picnic, attend concerts, putt putt, do outdoor movie nights, play in the creek and much more all within a 2 minute walk.

What makes this property unique

Did we mention we love the location?

Also the unit is very bright with a lot of sun light and amazing views from the many large windows. Even on the days we do stay in some we get to really experience being in the mountains.
