Ivory Rose is a great house to stay in while spending time at the white sandy beaches.Great location. Very clean, the host was great to work with, hot tub is excellent, pool just the right size. Resturants, grocery shopping and eating out locations easy to get to.

The property was just as is shown in the photos, and the pool area was amazing. We spent a lot of time out there when we weren't at the beach. The beach access was very close and not very crowded. We would have liked to have had a Swiffer wet jet or some other means of mopping the floor in the main living area during our stay. They were clean upon arrival, but it would have been nice to go over them each day since we had one baby in the crawling stage. But we were able to sweep the floors daily. The house had plenty of towels and cookware in the kitchen. Management was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the hot tub settings, and came and reset it for us right away. Overall, we were very pleased with the home and would recommend it to others looking to vacation with a large family or group.

Family Retreat

This is a great property for a large family get together. Well furnished with lots of spaces for a large group to dine and socialize but some smaller spaces to escape the big crowds. The bedrooms are more than adequate with most having bathrooms. There are also two powder rooms adjacent to the living spaces. Lots of televisions and a game room. The pool is more than is very nice and the house is only a block from the beach.

Great house with great location

The house was great for six families. We all have kids so the bunk rooms made it easy for every family to have a room and still enough for room for the kids to not have to sleep on the floor. The pool, hot tub, and outside area was perfect for hanging around the house during the day and night. We got the pool and hot tub heated and they were the right temperature for our stay even though it was colder during some days. The location was nice as well. We were less than 200 yards from the beach on a secluded road that made it easy to get to and from the beach with kids and stuff. The only issues we had were the hibachi grill not working on the fourth floor and the internet being spotty in certain spots of the house.

Great place

I would recommend this beautiful house. The one negative was the neighbor behind the pool yelled at our pre-teens who were playing in the pool at 8pm on a Saturday night. They may discourage me from renting here again.

We were overwelmed when we arrived!!

Ivory Rose is an amazing home and we found it very clean. We had 10 adults and 5 children and had more than enough space. The fact that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms was incredible. Additional 1/2 baths on each level was an convenient option too. Each level had it's own living area which was great as the kids played video games right outside their bunkroom in the mornings. The kitchen and dining area were huge and the appliances, especially the stove were awesome, nothing better than 2 dishwashers! Ice makers were a big plus in the kitchen too. Almost every evening after the kids were in bed, the adults moved to the rooftop balcony, that area has a great view and a nice sitting area perfect for an evening cocktail! The bottom level had an air hockey table and a built-in video game console and access to the pool area. We especially liked the door alarm switch on the door to the pool area as this was a concern with our young grandchildren! I can't say enough about the pool area - it was unbelievable! A very large pool with covered swim up bar and hot tub! Plenty of lounge seating around the pool and a covered area with gas grill, fridge and icemaker, our family spent most of our vacation time in this area. The pool was very clean too. Ivory Rose comes with a top of the line golf cart that we used every day, our kids and grandkids took turns going to the stores and restaurants and getting coffee in the mornings and ice cream at night! This is a great home in a great location - literally 100 yards from private beach access and it's on a dead end road so very little traffic other than neiboring guests. We will be booking here next year!!

Beautiful home. Great location. Love everything about the house. Very Clean. Picture Perfect!!! I love it when something went wrong, I call, and maintenance was right there. Family members could not believe how wonderful the house was and wants to come back. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Fun fun

We went to the property as a large group. The house was very clean. We did have some issues with equipment In the beginning but were able to get jn touch with the customer service and had someone fix it the very next day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the pool. The location was very convenient to the beach. Definitely will revisit.

Perfect Vacation house for Family and Friends Vacation!

What a perfect place for our crew! We loved that there were king beds and baths in all the rooms and that the kid bunk rooms had plenty of sleeping space. The multiple level family areas was so great for boy gaming on one level and card playing on another. The house was so spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was fully stocked and top of the line. The pool area ahhhhhh so absolutely amazing. When we weren’t at the beach we were hanging there. We hope to rsvp this house every other year when we vacation together. There were some check in complications but that was due to the group prior not leaving the home in great shape. The management company got things in good order asap and we had the beach to keep us busy. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property.

November 2021 Stay

We celebrated Thanksgiving week at the house with 3 generations. Loved the spaciousness of the house, the clean big bedrooms, the 2 dishwashers, the ice machines, the bikes, the 4th floor views with a fire pit, and the pool & fire pits! We had a few issues that 360 Blue maintenance immediately responded to which included: pool issues(valve under warranty-not fixed) pool & hot tub did get warm but hot tub not working as should during our stay, electrical surge? so grill & tv on 4th floor weren’t working (tv was immediately replaced), and one back sliding door wasn’t locking due to bent latch holder-fixed on the day of the call. Our recommendations are to have more serving bowls, more cooking utensils, & to have sharp good knives. Lots of cooking this week so kitchen items were needed more than a usual beach stay.

It was convenient to the beach and the cart was a plus. The shaded balconies in the morning were the perfect place to chill and enjoy our coffee and conversations. The pool was large enough for our family to enjoy together. Overall our stay was great, however the kitchen floor needs some attention(some floor tiles are loose).

Perfect location for our Company Offsite

Getting in touch with the management company was a little chaotic but once we got a hold of someone, booking this home was easy and quick. We received a detailed house guidebook with all the necessary codes, instructions and guides we would need in one place. We were contacted quickly for any additional needs they had from us such as verification for the golf cart, etc. We were staying at the house for a company leadership offsite. The house was perfect with so many bathrooms! Everyone had their own room with ensuite bathroom to get ready in, which was nice in the morning. We did not use the pool or hot tub for our visit. For our group, we had groceries and e-bikes delivered and the house management was very accommodating and helpful at getting those square away when they arrived prior to our check-in. All the tech, appliances, and electronics were easy to use and functional. Communication was prompt and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. All the tech and electronics worked and the proximity to local things was amazing. We'll definitely book here again.
