**Directly across the street from the SKI SHUTTLE to Snow Summit. No need to drive, you can literally walk across the street and jump on the shuttle up the hill.
** Less than a mile to Snow Summit. + 2 miles to Bear Mountain
** 2 miles to the village
** 1/2 Mile to grocery stores
Strange Big Bear Rules: (We know they are odd, but they are from the city).:
* Rentals - guests must take the Trash to the dump site after their stay.
(City does not pick up trash at rental homes).
* Spa Hours are until 10:00 pm (music is noise turned down by 10:00 pm as well).
