The home is conveniently located near Quantico. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is nicely appointed and comfortable. The host was excellent in her communications and responses were very timely. Would stay there again.

This location was very cozy and great for my family of 8. Having the ability to wash clothes and have a fully equipped kitchen made things very convenient for us. I would definitely recommend if the Quantico area is on the agenda. The Marine Corp Museum is 10 minutes away and worth every moment. We did drive an hour to catch the metro to take us into DC which was also spectacular.

The house was just perfect for our family.My brother retired from the military. We had several family members coming in and my family picked the perfect spot just around the corner from the museum.Jennifer was very easy to work with and very responsive to all my messages.

The house was as described, very cozy, clean and comfortable. There are games in the closet, hot showers with plenty of pressure and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen coffee bar was awesome. The kitchen lacked some key items like baking sheets, baking dish, and pots & pans were very low quality and peeling finish. So bring your own if possible. There is minimal silverware, plates and bowls. Location was perfect for Quantico school graduation weekend.

Hopefully the sewer smell in the kitchen gets taken care of. Other wise it was a quite stay. Also could use more towels and utensils.

I appreciate all feedback from guests but guest only reported smell after departing and cleaning person said it seemed to be food in disposal not turned on after discarding - we do leave towels for the number of guests in linen closet and bathrooms (and have washer/dryer on site) and utensils for 8 people (with dishwasher on site with soap to wash between meals) but will check to make sure none have gone missing. Sorry that guest was disappointed in their stay. I did not have any communication indicating there were any issues during their time.

Home is very cozy, had a few extra touches of a nice welcome and thoughtful extras. Like to go coffee cups. Sometimes it's the little things that matter most and make a huge difference. Great place to stay for Military families as well.

We stayed over a week in this perfect, cozy home. It had everything we needed & more, including a very well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water, and the outdoor space was so nice for my kids to run around. Jennifer was an incredible hostess! She answered my questions ahead of time and was very quick & thorough with her responses. She was also very quick to act when we asked for a few more dish towels. She even reached out part way through our stay to make sure we were comfortable. 7 of us stayed in this sweet home and we were worried about space, but it worked out great. There was plenty of seating and space enough to spread out. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will if we're in the area again!

We loved your property! It felt exactly like a home away from home. It was more than what we expected for a good price. The beds were fabulous! We enjoyed your full stocked kitchen with enough dishes and towels for a family of 7. Great location with quiet neighbors. Thank you so much for providing such an amazing experience for trip. We loved the location. So peaceful. The house was clean, comfy and full of space.My family slept well. My 10 yr old was very impressed with the mattress, lol. We loved it too but for her to say something We had a little trouble connecting the WiFi on TV but once it connected we were good. No need to involve the host.Thank you Jennifer for sharing your home with us.
