At your stay you will have access to everything on the property such as Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, Pickleball Court, BBQ Gazebos, Game Room, Beach Access, and Much More. Kayak and Paddle Boards rentals are $5 per day and Golf Cart rentals are available for additional cost. THE WATERFRONT VIEW FROM THE COTTAGE WAS EXCEPTIONAL, HOWEVER, THE COTTAGE WAS NOT CLEAN. MOLD IN THE SHOWERS, MOLD UNDERNEATH THE FUTON IN THE STUDIO UNIT, CRUMBS EVERYWHERE ON THE FLOORS, M&MS WERE IN THE LIVING SPACE AND BEDROOMS. GRILL OUTSIDE WAS NOT CLEAN, WE CHOSE TO USE THE GRILL WE BROUGHT. THE POTS AND PANS IN THE KITCHEN WAS NOT USEABLE. THEY WERE RUSTED AND CLEARLY NOT USEABLE. THE KAYAK WE TRIED TO USE WAS MISSING A PLUG AND TOOK ON WATER. WITH ALL THIS BEING SAID, THE UNIT WAS ACCOMMODATING FOR THE SIX ADULTS WE HAD IN OUR PARTY. THE OWNER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS.

Thank you for the message. It does suck finally seeing a bad review since we always get 5 stars especially in this cabin. I understand you were not happy from the start, but we display pictures and explain the exact sleeping arrangements so we do not have any issues. I did offer an extra 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite for really cheap just to help accommodate, but unfortunately I can't give rooms away for free. As for the dirtiness of the room I did go inside and realize in a few spots under things they were neglected and regardless how busy we are we shouldn't ever neglect things even if it's unsee at times. I did speak to my staff about this and it was fixed immediately. Also, we do apologize about the kayak and did go through all 20 of our kayaks and only 1 was missing a cap which we fixed. Thank you again for these it helps us out.
