The spacious one-bedroom layout sleeps up to 6, with two queen beds in the bedroom and a memory-foam queen sleeper sofa in the living area — complete with an electric fireplace and direct balcony access. The fully equipped kitchenette features full-size stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and everything you need to whip up meals or snacks between beach days.

Located within Beach Colony Resort, you'll enjoy direct beach access and standout amenities: 3 outdoor oceanfront pools, a whirlpool spa, lazy river, fitness center, racquetball court, arcade, billiards room, on-site restaurant, snack shop and coffee bar.
NOTE: the indoor pool is temporarily closed for repairs, expected to reopen Fall 2026.

Amazing

The property was a very beautiful facility. It had a great resort feel to it, very clean, everything you need is there. Easy access to gorgeous clean beach. Dining venues, entertainment venues so very close. If we didn't want to venture out restaurant and bar in facility. Definitely will go back!

A very comfortable retirement vacation in an incredibly clean and beautiful Beach Colony unit with a perfect view, perfect weather, clean pool area and very friendly staff.

From the moment we got to the resort we were met with welcoming, friendly smiles. We left after a week long stay with absolutely nothing to complain about. If you get a chance to experience a vacation at Beach Colony Resort make sure you stop in Cannonballz Grill and Bar and say hello to Courtney and Josh. This will remain one of our top fun memories for a long time. It will be a very hard vacation to top. Thank you for everything Beach Colony Resort!

The accommodations were lovely. The location was excellent with beautiful views. It was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. You may want to bring some extra towels and wash cloths, that was the only downside. Also, be aware a 300 security deposit will also be placed on your credit card.

Thank you for your review. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. As for the security deposit we do take it an authorization at booking but the card is never charged if ther is no damages to the unit. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Perfect Getaway

The condo was clean and bright and felt so carefully curated. The beachy decor was the perfect vibe for vacation. We felt really taken care of by all of the tiny details- toiletries in the bathroom, coffee pods, clear instructions on where to find and how to use all of the amenities just to name a few. The view of the ocean was amazing. Beds were comfy. Water pressure in the shower was lovely. Rental company was communicative and answered questions before we even thought to ask them. Would definitely come back. Was even better than we hoped.

This ocean front resort is family friendly with amenities that will make everyone in the group happy. There are pools, arcade games, restaurants and racquetball courts. The location is ideal for any Myrtle Beach adventure that your heart desires.

Why they chose this property

Beach Colony Resort has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and game rooms and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. Its easy access from the airport or driving in makes for a great family experience. The proximity to many local restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
