This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is equipped with high speed internet and is open and welcoming. Brand New EVERYTHING Flat screen TV, new living room furniture to enjoy those lazy afternoon naps. The living room opens onto the spacious oceanfront balcony, the perfect place to watch the sunrise and the dolphins play.

The fully equipped dream kitchen has granite counter tops with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster, and a plentiful supply of kitchenware. Custom cabinetry in the bar area give this condo a very clean ocean feel. Full washer/dryer located in the condo. The large dining room and bar area are perfect for a gathering of family and friends.

There is an endless list of amenities, including an 8’ deep pool. Parking is located onsite with two parking passes available.
