Located on a quiet channel in South Padre Island, enjoy what this 2-bedroom condo has to offer. The adorable space features a large open living concept with a completely remodeled kitchen. The master bedroom has a brand new king bed while the guest bedroom will have two custom bunk beds installed by the end of December 2025. Enjoy a peaceful view of the Laguna Madre from the huge outdoor patio. Perfect access to the water for fishermen, windsurfers, or paddle boarders with the private dock, boat lift, and boat ramp access. Spectrum wifi and TV included. 30 day minimum rentals.
