Not only is this condo cozy and comfortable, the Tiki community is beautifully landscaped and exceptionally well maintained. Oh, and don't forget all of this in an unbelievable location. Next time we go to SPI, we will be sure to book this condo again.

Wow! This condo has everything that leads to a comfortable, luxurious stay: thick cotton towels, a deeply cozy bed with smooth sheets and deep pillows, a rainfall shower with great water pressure, air conditioning that made for a cool retreat, and walls that kept out even the most persistent, temporary construction noise. On top of that, the grounds are well-kept, the pool inviting, and the beach is steps away. Thanks for making this a great get-away for my spouse and me.

The place was perfect. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Toni, our host was very prompt to respond to my questions. The beach was literally steps away. I can’t wait to plan our next stay!

Fantastic stay. Can’t wait to stay at this exact place again if they will have us! lol such a nice place and so close to beach with cool places to hang out right next door. The fireworks on Friday and Saturday night was a nice add on!

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect for us. When we weren't walking on the beach, we were sitting on the patio enjoying the sounds of the surf. Watching the full moon rising over the Gulf was a special treat on our anniversary.

Steps from the beach

We came for a mini vacation and enjoyed every minute. Property was clean and very safe. It was nice to have chair and umbrella rentals right there. Would stay again.

The unit is gorgeously remodeled with a great beach vibe. The unit is also steps away from the beach with awesome access. The host were very informed and very attentive, we appreciated the unit so much we extended our stay a day. Will definitely look to rebook in the future.

Great family trip

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It is fully stocked with anything you might need. The location is perfect. We were extremely comfortable in the condo after we spend out day at the beach.
