Inside are two spacious bedrooms with plush bedding, two full baths, and a family room with a large TV and pull-out bed. Relax on the porch or enjoy the private backyard for grilling. Free on- and off-street parking included.

Our renovated and comfortable home is located directly across from Local 12 news station, with on & off-street parking.

This modern, open-concept home in Cincinnati features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. On the main floor, there’s a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed—along with another full bathroom that includes a bathtub. There’s also a second living area upstairs with a large TV and a pull-out sofa bed for extra guests. Outside, enjoy a backyard perfect for cookouts, featuring a fire pit and comfortable seating. Plus, the front porch has two chairs, ideal for relaxing and getting some fresh air.
