I use a walker and it would have been helpful if the front bedroom bathroom had a handicapped bar near the toilet. The condo was lovely but the one living room chair was a swivel (which I could not use) and the couch was lovely also but too low and deep for a handicapped person and the high swivel chairs also not an option for me. For people without difficulty this condo was perfect and lovely.
