Experience the best of Old Naples from the comfort of this NEWLY renovated condo. Tastefully decorated, this condo reflects the love and care we have taken to make sure you have everything needed to make your beach vacation picture perfect!!

This beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath upstairs unit gives you the view of the prestigious 5th Avenue neighborhood. It is located just one and a half blocks from Gulf of Mexico's breathtaking beaches and sunsets. It is also within walking distance from Third Street South, where you will find restaurants, shops, and unique boutiques and galleries.

This gem of a complex ( 5th Avenue Beach Club ) only has 14 units and offers a heated pool and a large front courtyard patio that adds to the outside enjoyment.

Between guest stays, we take extreme care when cleaning and disinfecting our condo.

This unit has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation.

THE CONDO

The unit is furnished with new appliances, tile floor throughout, and flat-screen televisions. Cable and wireless internet are provided as well as a washer and dryer. The condo also includes beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for guest use.

LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN

The living room and kitchen blend together to offer an open area to gather and eat. Relax and watch something on the 55" SmartTV or whip up those home-cooked masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen.

BEDROOMS / BATHROOMS

After a full day of activities, relax in one of the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms include king-size beds and 40" SmartTVs. The first bedroom includes a bathroom ensuite with an enclosed shower. While the second bedroom has a bathroom just down the hallway. This second bathroom has a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo.

This condo is in a prime location for guests who enjoy being close to all that Old Naples has to offer, including the beach, fine dining, shopping, galleries, and performing arts.

We look forward to accommodating you and your vacation needs while in beautiful Naples!

Great condo in a great location

We had a wonderful trip. The location is fantastic- so close to the beach and restaurants. And the condo was a really good size (family of four with two teenage girls). It also had everything we needed for living comfortably and for enjoying our time at the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Condo in paradise🌴

We had an amazing stay in Naples this year, and our stay at the Beach Club is always a big reason for this! Location, Location, Location!

The condo was Immaculate and it was a seamless check in. It is only a block from the beach and direct beach access. Easily walk to all of the food and shopping available on 5th avenue. Why cram into a hotel room when you can have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and hang out area for TV etc.. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again.

Spring Vacay

My husband and I had a wonderful week in Naples staying at this condo. It was squeaky clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated. The location is so convenient. We walked 2 blocks to get to the beach each day and shops/restaurants were also a very short walk. All the beach gear we needed was provided including an umbrella. We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Family Location

This vacation location is the best around. Simple walk to the beach for the kids, and the same for walks to Naples shops and restaurants. The condo has recently been renovated and is in perfect condition. Everything you need for the beach is provided. Looking forward to coming again next year!

Terrific condo in great location

We had a great experience staying at Monica’s condo. The condo was immaculate and fully updated with high-end touches. The space and layout were great for two adults and would easily accommodate a family or two couples. The location was exactly what we were looking for—close to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is very nice. Monica provides beach chairs and umbrella, all kitchen needs, etc. There’s really nothing that you’re missing when you stay here. And her communication throughout the process was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Monica!
