This place was awesome for our stay in St Augustine. Being able to have to dogs with us while we were so close to the college and downtown area (walking distance) and having the beach be within driving distance was the reason we booked this place and it delivered. Next time we visit St Augustine, we will definitely look to book this place again. Thank you!!

Great location and amenities. We stayed for nights of lights and were able to go walking distance to the historic district (2 miles). The only thing to be aware of in the house is that the windows don’t have shades or curtains and you can completely see your neighbors at night and they can see you in all locations of the house. The house was clean and the host were attentive when our door code was not working at check in. Would recommend.

I'm a must have ocean view kinda person until I stayed here, I fell in Love with the place and location right away. Location was great for everything we wanted to do and places we wanted to go. The negative side, counter tops were sandy and floors could of used a mop & Windows were all dirty... I hope when I come back they have a mop, sponges, glass cleaner, bucket and floor cleaning supplies, so I don't have to spend my own money or time buying the stuff to clean. And people none of it was noticeble by eye only by feel so it wasn't as bad as it may sound. I LOVED LOVED THE HOUSE. I'm looking forward to going to St. Augustine again and staying in the exact same house. FYI I left the house very clean the only thing I couldn't get done was the windows.
