We bought Christmas Tree Point in May 2025.

We have updated the house with new furniture inside and outside.
New pool and spa.
Total landscaping update.
Outdoor built in gas grill, large lounge area, sitting, dining area with wet bar, large screen television.
Gas fire pit and new stone deck around pool.
Four Bedrooms, four full bath, 2 half baths.
Balconies on three floors.
Elevator from ground level to second and third floor.
We have a many year track record of VRBO 5 star ratings from all previous guests at other properties; Galveston, Napa, California, Rockport, Maine and Aspen, Colorado.
