Enjoy this newly renovated beachfront family friendly home in Palm Beach. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath open concept vacation rental offers unobstructed views of the beach with plenty of space for your loved ones. Multiple areas for outdoor entertaining including the expansive area underneath the house with amazing beach views! Easy access to the beach and only a short drive to Galveston Island attractions.

This desirable beachfront home in Palm Beach has expansive views and stylish coastal decor. Relax either on the upstairs deck or downstairs entertaining area both with amazing beach views. Both the upstairs deck and downstairs space are gated which is perfect for small children or dogs.

LIVING ROOM

Relax in the stylish and naturally lit living room with amazing beach views from every seat. Unwind streaming with Chromecast on the 50" TV while staring at the Gulf. Off the living room is a full bathroom.

KITCHEN & DINING

This gourmet kitchen is hard to beat with top of the line stainless steel appliances including an induction range/oven and large fridge. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen while staring at the waves breaking on the beach.

The dining room has great beach views and holds eight to ten. The kitchen island holds three with room to pull up more chairs.

MASTER BEDROOM

Located on the main floor, this beautifully designed bedroom accented with coastal blues is the perfect place to retreat from the day. The bedroom includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom behind a barn door.

MASTER BATHROOM
Relax in this dreamy spa-inspired bathroom that includes double headed rainshowers with 8 spray features and large soaking tub. There is also plenty of space to hold all your belongings in the large master closet. The closet is even large enough to hold a pac n play.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS
The second bedroom upstairs boasts two queen beds, a TV and beach views from the reading nook. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a full bed, TV and amazing beach views from two windows. Enjoy lying in bed and watching the waves. There is also plenty of room to use a blow up bed if desired. Connecting these two bedrooms is a bathroom with a rainhead shower and double sinks.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Beach entrance is one house away with access from the street. This private beach does not allow cars and is perfect for families.

There is a spacious seating area on the ground floor with perfect beach views. Prepare your family meals on the charcoal grill. Cool off in the outdoor shower after an exciting beach day. The ground floor space is completely fenced in including a small yard. It is perfect for your dogs or kids to play.

The main deck upstairs showcases the gorgeous beach views. Relax in the Adirondack chairs or serve food on the cocktail table. The deck upstairs is gated and is great for kids and dogs.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Complimentery Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach toys and chairs. There is enough parking for 6 cars in the driveway.

Beautiful views of the gulf of America Lots of clean, large spaces to relax in. Kitchen was large and fully stocked. Bedrooms were large and immaculate! Balcony was perfect with views of the gulf. As with all oceanfront properties, the moisture does tremendous damage to anything metal or wood.The main entrance deadbolt, latches and door handles need to be totally replace on a regular basis.

Great house and location

Check in was easy and Eric responds quickly. The house is super close to the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. It was the second time we’ve stayed at The Pirate’s Canary. Loved the fenced yard for the dogs.

The view from.this house is absolutely beautiful! The house was beautiful and bright It had everything we needed. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach. We watched the bunnies playing bright and early in the morning. The beach was clean. This house was worth every penny.

Being able to sit on the balcony and watch and hear the waves was just magical. Walking back and forth to the beach was easy because it’s Right There!!The owner was quick and very responsive with a situation that came up. All was handled promptly.Our dog could roam the property freely because of the fenced in facility. The upper deck has dog/baby gates that can keep the dogs on the deck.The house was very clean, having everything we needed. The washer and dryer sure came in handy!Thank you for proving a nice home for a much needed time away!

Spring Break Retreat

My family of 6 had a wonderful time in Eric’s property. Home is an easy walk to the beach/water, literally 200 yards. Property appeared recently remodeled, with new appliances, new fixtures in kitchen and baths. We have no complaints but would suggest fixing windows to allow them to open and replacing deadbolt on entry doors is needed. Again had an amazing time and would 100% stay here again!

Location,view,beautiful house! This is a great place to stay.friendly neighborhood, close to seawall and many attractions.had a great time all the way.owner s very responsive and helpful for any questions.did not bring a dog but is perfect for one fenced and gated balcony and ground level fenced off.would recommend to anyone .we had small group of five for weekend but only three for four remaining days and was comfortable.

Pirate's Canary

The email we received prior to arrival contained an incorrect lockbox code. Luckily, a maintenance worker next door graciously let us in. Once inside, the wifi code in the email was also incorrect. However, we found the correct one. After that everything was great. The house was perfect for the 6 of us with plenty of room. It's very comfortably furnished and we had everything we needed for the week. The location is great -- right on the beach in a quiet area convenient to markets and restaurants.

Great house!

This house was wonderful and very clean! While there isn’t “direct” beach access, the entrance is maybe 50 feet away. It is worth noting that there is a loft with a big ladder that has restricted access. It was not an issue with my group, but it would have been a hugely disappointing deal for us a year or two ago trying to constantly keep tiny children away from it and make sure they didn’t climb up. I search long and hard to find few climbing sources - the lack of bunk beds in this house is perfect, and hard to find. I’m including a photo bc the ladder and loft isn’t mentioned on the listing at all that I was able to find. The lack of info on that is pretty much the only complaint about the house. The downstairs area is great for a shaded place for the kids to play and I LOVE the latches the gates have. They are easy to use but impossible for small kids to undo. The wraparound bench in the kitchen is great for larger groups and wiggly kids to all have a good spot to sit. I am very particular and I would not hesitate to book this beach house again :)

Awesome living room view but property has many 'warts'

Since the post length is limited, I'll cut to the most imporant items. - Family of 5 incl one friend and one exchange student - Expected a home with 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, unfortunately bath #3&4 are really one (Jack n Jill style). This meant some had to go downstairs to use the bath there. - View from the living room is AMAZING! But that's the only room. Balcony is also roomy w/ good seating but at least one plank gave way under my foot. - Nice flooring, great kitchen appliances, decent lights AND light switches were labeled! Too bad the lights in the kitchen/dining were either burnt out or mixed bulb types. - Lots of electrical outlets which is great but many had cracked/broken faceplates. - Downstairs closet is very nice w/ double door to help with access. Seating downstairs was also decent. - Renovation in the master bath is really nice BUT it's a Euro style shower (completely open) - I loved it, wife was not so found (no surprise) but it was very well done. - HOWEVER, got trapped in the master bath when the sliding door (several hunder pounds) slid off the rail. Both rail gaurds were either gone or damaged - should be fixed. - Lots of exterior issues that take away from the good stuff inside - Heating worked very well and had plenty of hot water. - Washer sounded like a jet plane was taking off - horribly out of balance so we couldn't use later at night. - During windstorm, window in upper bedroom had bad whistle due to bad seal and didn't close completely.

Beautiful house, lots of space, quiet beach, fantastic location!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. Just steps from the beach! We played and played. There were toys in the shed which was fabulous since our car was too full. The spa bathroom was such a delight after playing all day. The kitchen was great for cooking with updated appiances. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed every minute.

Perfect location!

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! The location is perfect and the beach is not busy at all. The beach house itself is great for a large family and has everything you could need. Eric was always available if we had any questions at all. We'll definitely be back again soon!

Beautiful House

Great house in a great location. The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean but still very comfortable. Amazing view and right on the beach. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to go back soon.
