We had a great time during our stay. The weather was fantastic. The house was cozy.The beach access was close, but we drove to the main beach access. We went in the hot tub one night & discussed that instructions would have been helpful. 1 of the sliding doors is broke, it will not latch. May want to get that fixed. The front door seal is not great. You can see light between the door and the frame.On a high note the appliances all seemed new, and we could tell that improvements are being made.Overall our stay was really good and we would rent again and recommend to others.Thank you

Way too expensive for basically 3 nights and 2 days. Rug in front of shower in room #1 was soak and wet and sandy when we checked in. There was no hair dryer and no Kleenex. Too bad there isn’t at least one king bed. The grandchildren enjoyed the playroom. There wasn’t a kitchen whisk to be found. The view was great. Plenty of sitting rooms.

This property was manage by a company. When I booked it there was no mention that i would have to go through a stringent screening process which included taking a face photo holding my driver’s license. Very invasive! Next there was supposed to be an electronic key pad to enter. They gave me detailed instructions and a 10 digit code. Only problem was the property had no keypad, just an old school 4 digit lock box with a key inside. They did not give us that code in the introductory email. We called their emergency help line listed in the email. We were on hold for 35” the never did pick up. Finally I texted another number in the email (a Florida area code) and they texted a 4 digit code for the lock box. The gas fire pit was broken. There was no notebook with instructions of how to run anything. On the plus side, the house was clean and had a great location. I will never rent from that Casago management company again!!

We loved this beach rental home. Has something for everyone. Kids enjoyed the fusbol and arcade games. Adults loved the outdoor balcony with plenty of seating and glorious views. The hot tub was clean and hot. We had a problem getting the fire pit going and sent an email. The management company was right on it and got it working the same day. We will look to stay here again.

Great location and view. Kids loved the upstairs and hot tub. When we arrived, the bedspread was dirty but I text the property manager and they came right away to swap it out and even had a propane tank on hand to swap the empty on at the gas fire pit. I was very impressed with the quick response.
