The house itself was great. It was clean and looked the same as the pictures. However, we had issues with the heat and the beach access was closed for construction. The primary reason for booking this property was for ease of access to the beach. When I messaged the manager to ask about this, they ignored my message and never responded. As far as the heat, when we arrived, the house felt like it was 90 degrees. The heaters are all controlled by individual thermostats, which were all set below 60 and the heat continued to kick on. In order to be able to sleep we had to open windows and turn the heat completely off, which of course then it got very cold over night. I reached out to inquire about the heat and they said someone would be coming to check the next morning, but then never heard back about it. Overall, this was a big disappointment. If you’re looking for access to the beach that’s pictured in the photos, you’ll have to wait until whenever the construction is done. If there was another way to access it, I wouldn’t know because the manager never responded.
