We had a great stay at the Modern Retreat in Minnetonka. 7 adults comfortably housed. Super clean. Setting is inviting and private. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, comfortable, relaxing spaces, and plenty of chairs around the firepit. Host is extremely responsive. Communication excellent. As previous guest noted, you may need some additional supplies. (We did find salt/pepper.) Overall, a great experience and one we'd highly recommend.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, comfortable, well equipment, spacious so that everyone had plenty of personal space, with a great fenced in yard for our pup, and had everything else we needed for a relaxing getaway. It exceeded our expectations in every way.The additional bonus that made this a five-star experience for us were our hosts, Theresa and Craig. When we encountered a minor issue, they responded almost immediately and took care of it with incredible speed, professionalism, and genuine care. Their communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved and that we were completely satisfied. It's clear they are dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with hosts who truly care about their guests. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

We had our family of 10 here for the weekend. The house has a lot of room for people to move around and hang out. It was really clean, we loved having the fire pit outside, and the game room was a real hit with the family! The only downside was the kitchen, while spacious with lots of counterop space, was set up very strange with subpar components. There was no salt & pepper, plastic wrap or baggies, and no plastic containers for leftovers. We would've loved to have had a platter or large stockpot to cook with. But I think this is a fairly new rental, so maybe there will be more to come?All said, we had an absolute blast this weekend, and I would recommend that if you're having a big group - just plan accordingly.
