Why they chose this property

Federal Hill and the West Side are two of Providence's most exciting and walkable neighborhoods, and they're having a moment. Atwells Avenue is lined with acclaimed Italian restaurants, independent cafés, bakeries, and bars, all within a short walk. The West Side adds even more - creative restaurants, coffee shops, and local music venues that give the area a young, vibrant energy. It's the kind of neighborhoods where you can walk out the door and find something great in any direction.

What makes this property unique

This space was completely renovated when I purchased it in 2024. Everything is fresh, clean, and updated. Two things made me choose this property over everything else in the neighborhood: the kitchen and the outdoor space. The kitchen is genuinely rare for Federal Hill - large, open, and fully equipped in a way you simply don't find in most city apartments. The front porch with seating is perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink, and the shared backyard gives you outdoor space that's almost impossible to find this close to Atwells. Window AC units keep both bedrooms comfortable through warmer months.
