Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return key and beeper to the lockbox (7190). Close the lockbox, scramble numbers with your fingers and close black numbers covering.
All trash and food leftovers must be placed inside trash bags and inside one of the dumpsters on the right of the main street.
Rinse beach chairs and leave them open to dry inside the apartment.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Noises and sounds must be kept down, day and night. It is a residential complex. Quiet hours: 10 pm until 8 am
The use of illegal drugs or firearms on our property is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Paseo del Faro facilities can be used at your own risk. POOLS are OPEN from 9 am - 9 pm DO NOT HANG ANYTHING FROM balcony railings or rooftop walls.
