Absolutely would never recommend to my own worst enemy. Communication was non existent and when I finally did get in touch with them I arrived at the property only to find it wasn’t available. They moved me to another property, which was basically a slum. When I tried to call the company back they avoided my call. Had to get I. Touch with VRBO to get a full refund and then some. Please, I repeat do not stay at this VRBO. It’s a bait and switch company.

The location was excellent—close to restaurants and public transportation.My main concern was the description of the apartment’s floor. Before booking, I specifically asked Christina what floor it was on and was told it was “up two flights.” We had an elderly guest who was almost 80, so this was important to us. The apartment is 2C, but the building’s main entrance is on the ground level, with A, B, and C on the floors above. In reality, this meant approximately three full flights of narrow stairs to reach the apartment, which was difficult for our elderly guest. I feel the listing and communication should clearly state the actual number of stairs.A few basic items were initially missing, but they were delivered quickly through Target, which we appreciated. Paul, the manager, was also responsive once we understood his hours.Overall, the location was the biggest positive. The apartment has potential but would benefit from updating and remodeling.
