This property is incredible! It is in a great location with a wonderful coffee/sandwich shop across the street. The amenities were amazing. The bed was so comfortable, the day beds were perfect, and the rain-head shower was roomy and had great water pressure. We loved this property and can’t wait to stay again!

The apartment was very clean and had plenty of room. The air-conditioning unit in the bedroom window is quite noisy and we could also hear the street sounds all night. Unfortunately, the neighborhood was also not very safe at night. The host was excellent, but I’m afraid we would not stay here again.

Everything was great it was a great location, spacious and as described. The only negative I would say is you can hear the tenants upstairs walking ( which the owner has no control ) but other than that the place is excellent enjoyed my stay for 7 days. Will stay next time for sure.

Lovely clean and comfortable property - and only one flight upstairs! The neighborhood was great and so close to several food options (pizza place, market, coffee shop and a nice restaurant all right there!)The walk to the subway was very easy and Ashley was very responsive! Definitely recommend!

Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.

Wonderful location for our family of 4 for a long weekend. The day bed/trundle has been converted to two twin beds arranged in the corner of the living room like a couch. This worked perfectly for us, just wanted to point out the change. Would recommend and go back!

All was fine. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We had 4 people in our party, so it was a bit tight, but adequate. The only downside was figuring out the various locks and entry was somewhat cumbersome, but once we figured it out the nuances, it was easier.
