The home offers two beautifully crafted living rooms—one near the kitchen and one on the middle level—each featuring TVs, lake views, and direct outdoor access. A cozy electric fireplace elevates the ambiance, while Roku TVs provide entertainment throughout the home, including in the master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep simple, and four comfortable bedrooms with three full baths allow families and groups to gather with ease.

• Roads to the home are fully paved and easily navigable.
• This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor or bachelorette parties. Responsible and respectful gatherings are welcome.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
