In this hectic world it’s easy to feel crowded at times. Crowded schedules, crowded roads...even our minds can feel crowded! Herein lies the beauty of Empress 404- glorious open interior spaces that overlook even more glorious exterior spaces (a.k.a the Gulf of Mexico). You will truly be amazed at the roominess of this Gulf view vacation condo! A large formal living room opens to a furnished balcony that offers nearly 40 feet of unparalleled beach views while another entertainment room to the south offers vistas of a pristine lake via its own balcony.

Ideal for entertaining, Empress 404 also incorporates a large kitchen with many upgrades into its floor plan. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a large bar to accommodate guests and every utensil you could need. Apart from the common areas, the bedrooms are all quite substantial and have lovely water views. The Primary suite in particular features a huge luxury bathroom that boasts a spa bathtub with Gulf views, double vanities and yep you guessed it- an oversized walk-in shower.

It’s not always easy to decorate such large spaces which is another reason why Empress 404 is so alluring. It’s custom design is elegant and calming, infused with coastal decor and sea tones. The mélange of wide open spaces and a tranquil design scheme will make you feel like you have room to breathe, room to stretch your legs and room to grow beautiful relationships.

As part of the Empress condominium, 404 offers its guests several great amenities- gated entry, a sprawling pool deck, and a lovely walkway to a gazebo over the lake. Plus, it’s location is ideal! The beach is right across the street, Silver Sands Factory Stores are less than a mile away and in between are golf courses, restaurants and plenty of beach shops.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

Our Empress condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay year round.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
