Absolutely loved out 2 week stay! The view is perfect anytime of day, love the layout and had everything we could need. Location is perfect for all activities, food & shopping. The private beach area is really nice for a couple or family. Thank you for a wonderful 2 weeks of memories.

We loved the Crystal View condo! The view was wonderful from those big windows, patio doors and balcony. The beds were comfy. The size of the condo was good. We consider this our home away from home! One request is updated TVs - but we made due because everything else was perfect.

Had a great stay. The balcony was under refurbishment for the entire building but the manager discussed with us well in advance. Location was excellent for Miramar beach. Felt secluded but easy access to shopping areas when we wanted to go out.

Amazing view!!!

This condo was better than staying "on the beach"! The view was spectacular and the space was roomy, well stocked, had plenty of comfortable seating and was tastefully decorated. Also, the deck furniture was clean, sturdy and comfortable. We found the beds and bedding to be of good quality and comfortable as well. We brought a pet and enjoyed easy access to the pet area which was grassy, safe and well stocked with bags in case you didn't have one. Overall, a great place for our family group!

We stayed at Crystal View 401 for two weeks - middle to end of October. This was our first time here and the unit was lovely - well-appointed and with more than enough space for everyone. And the balcony. Oh, the balcony. Couldn't ask for better views!

When looking for a place to stay, this property kept leaping out at me, but I was nervous to book due to the balcony renovation, but I’m so glad I booked anyway! The views were still amazing!! This condo at Crystal Beach was exacly what the doctor ordered! The view is spectacular and di stance to the beach couldn't be better. We got a lot of use out of the free chair service on the beach and Matt couldn't be more helpful about getting you your chairs and making sure you you have what you need. Lots of dining options nearby. Our favorite thing to do when we were no on the beach was sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. Wonderful property and helpful managment. Thank you!

Awesome location

This condo was perfect for our group of 9 that range in age from 10-49. 2 adult couples, 3 teen girls and 2 adolescent boys who each slept on a hideabed. The condo was great and as pictured. The appliances are a little dated and slow, but we weren't in a hurry. The view is spectacular and the best view for the price. The beach was wonderful. It does butt up against the public beach so you may want to walk a little to the east in order to avoid the edge of the public beach. Otherwise, it was perfect! I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the Gulf.

We loved this condo and the location was perfect. We stayed a week and wished we could stay longer. The unit was clean and everything we required was provided by the owner. It is common to be allotted just a few towels and wash clothes which is usually a bother. We were given plenty of towels, as well as other supplies. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the beautiful porch furniture is delightfully comfortable. We appreciated having three king beds; no one had to be given a small bed.

Gorgeous property, amazing location, breathtaking views

The pictures definitely don't do this listing any justice. I thought it was beautiful in the pictures, but it literally took our breath away when we walked in. The windows with the breathtaking views are unbeatable. The color schemes and decor are so welcoming. Plenty of towels and dishes available. Loved the beach chair service! The balcony.... oh the balcony!!! So awesome!! Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Renee was so responsive and helpful. Can't say enough good about this listing. Love it. (Hasa couple of very minor things that need fix/touched up, but nothing major.)

Absolutely Perfect!

We've been visiting Destin for nearly 20 years and have stayed in many places along Scenic 98. We enjoyed this unit more than any other we've stayed in. Unit 401 at Crystal View was roomy, nicely appointed and the view was terrific! On this trip we were joined by two other couples and everyone said the same thing.......we want to come back to this condo again. A huge bonus was the 3 king size beds. So many condos have 1 King in the master and then queen or two twins in the other bedrooms. It's difficult to find 3 kings. Crystal View is centrally located and easy to get to. If you want, you can walk to Pompano Joe's for dinner as well as stroll along the private beach. Renee and Laura make sure you have all the information you need, both for the unit and to have a great stay! We highly recommend this condo!

overpriced stay

the main reason we stayed at this unit was because of the awesome view and beautiful pictures it offered. Very spacious condo, in the heart of the gorgeous gulf and white sand beach. Only downfall for us was the lack of the 'personal' touches and communication. Pictures lead us to believe that we had a bbq grill on the patio, only to find out you had to share grills by the pool. We requested for the patio lights to be fixed so we could enjoy our evenings outdoors, and after a visit and note from the maintenance man and emails back and forth with one of the owners assuring it will be fixed, we ended up with a dark patio all week. Outlets/electrical is very outdated and condo itself lacks a deep cleaning, ie: stained cushions, old showers, and Ant problem although no food was left out (we did appreciate finding Ant spray in the condo), etc... we left behind beach chairs for the next group to enjoy as well as a replacement coffee filter. As we are easy going, the lack of basics in the home (ie: beach towels) made it feel more of a commercial rental, rather than home away from home which we are used to all around the world. Spending a few extra bucks to accommodate the homey feeling would go a long way. We did explore as much possible and enjoyed the beach and water each day.

Large well appointed unit with beautiful view

The unit was very clean and well appointed. The view was absolutely beautiful!!! Unfortunately, during our stay the balcony was being repaired and we had no access to that area. I spoke with Laura and she gave us a credit for not being able to use that space. Overall it was a great unit that we will certainly book again!

I loved the balcony and the location the most. The house is clean and mostly updated. Some parts of the house such as shower, bathroom are old and needs upgrade. But I would recommend it for sure!! Right on the beach, and large balcony.

This property was perfect! From what it offered inside amd tje functionality of our group of 11 to the largest balcony I have ever seen. The sunsets were amazing.... gulf view every morning was breathtaking! The elevator was a plus and we felt like the pool was only ours. Night swimming was the best! Private beach access 50 steps from the elevator! The beach chair and umbrella set up was wonderful! Thank you for a time to remember!

Diamond in the rough

Needs TLC. The toilet seat in the master bedroom was broken & the exhaust fan was totally clogged. The shower door in the master bath did not close properly. The toilet in the hallway was loose from its mounting. The living room furniture was totally uncomfortable except for the reclining chair. On the balcony the metal ceiling was coming down from its mounting. The view was wonderful. The lock on the gate to the beach had been removed allowing anyone access ( an HOA issue).
