The place was pretty clean. (While I did notice the plates in the cabinet were stacked and they were still wet, I wasn’t overly bothered by that). I got a text with my door code prior to arriving and that’s basically what check-in was. Extremely convenient and straight forward. 2-3 minutes from Miramar beach. The pool and lazy river was great. I will definitely be back. The place was great. I love the addition of the kids books. With the tall sinks it would be nice to add a foldable stool for the littles!

Great Location for Odies

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was very nice and met all expectations. The pools are very nice and proximity to the Moon Crush Venue is excellent. Regarding Seasscape and Topeka management of parking - this needs some real attention. The parking passes only get you to your condo and we were blocked getting back to our unit by Topeka even with the parking pass displayed. When we booked, it seemed to be advertised that guests have access to the entire resort, but that really isn’t the case. Other than the pools, it seems very limited. Also, there are no sidewalks from The Grove to Moon Crush, so once the concert dismisses, it’s a bit challenging to walk back with the traffic. Overall, the parking, lack of sidewalks and general unfriendly nature of the people at the gates was a real turnoff. I’d tell others about my experience before they book. I’d probably book again, but just reset expectations that parking and gate staff aren’t great.

Property was clean but tile in both bathrooms was damaged.. appear to be paint or adhesive left over from construction that remains on the floor. Kitchen would not be great for someone wanting to cook meals for a family. Elevator was SCARY!! Sounds as if it is going to break at any point. Pools are very nice and clean and wonderful for children. There is no view if beach or ocean from room. It is a LONG walk to the beach ( .8 miles) Bed was nice. Plenty of towels.

We're sorry as well that the kitchen setup didn't meet your needs for cooking full family meals, and that the distance to the beach and lack of an ocean view weren't what you expected — we want guests to have accurate expectations going in, so we'll take a look at how that's communicated. Super family friendly campus, and not over crowded. The room space was super clean and crisp. Nothing bad to say about the space, except the kitchen was really limited on supplies, couldn’t have cooked a meal if I wanted to(unless it was made in the microwave). But we made due for the few days we stayed. Spent the time we were there at the pool/lazy river, which was a big hit.
