We love that it was pet friendly. We didn’t realize that there was no fenced back yard but it just meant the dogs got two long walks a day which made them happy. The house was clean and had a lot of the essentials plus extras in the kitchen. All of the furniture was very comfortable and a welcome change compared to other places we have stayed. This place, location and host were great. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was enormous! The layout was convenient for traveling with my in-laws. Nice to have a pet friendly place and excellent location for biking, especially at Coler. It was great to have a high chair and kids books and games provided!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect. We came here with another family, and were very happy. There was plenty of room in the house, as well as the garage for our bikes. It was a 10 minute bike ride to get downtown. Other trails were even closer. The space was clean and well taken care of. The host was responsive and kind. If you tend to get cold- bring some extra blankets. Another king bed instead of a queen would have been nice as well. Those are my only wish list items. It was perfect otherwise! Don't think twice about staying here.

Very cool house! Great location. Quiet and very nice neighborhood. They have gone out of their way to make sure you have everything and every convenience you could need. Host is super easy to work with. Renting this house is a no brainer. We will be back on our next visit.

We have now stayed at this location with our family of 5 multiple times and it is the perfect house and location for our family. The owners/managers have always been great to do business with. It is our first house to check availability ever time we come to Bentonville.
