Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space that feels both stylish and welcoming. The open-concept layout includes a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting bedrooms that offer the perfect place to recharge after a day of adventure. The owner’s suite features a plush king-size memory foam bed, while two full-size bunk beds (each supporting up to 700 lbs) provide flexible, durable sleeping options. With high-speed WiFi, streaming services, and plenty of natural light, it’s a great spot to unwind—or sneak in some remote work if needed.

Step outside to a spacious back deck and fire pit—perfect for post-ride hangouts or evening s’mores under the stars. Guests have access to the garage for secure bike storage or parking, as well as both street-side and rear parking. (Please avoid parking on the grass or in front of neighboring homes.)

Pet-friendly perks:
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs (combined weight of 100 lbs or less) for a $50 pet fee per dog. For approved pups, we provide a complimentary doggie bundle including toys, towels, waste bags, and crates to help your furry companions feel right at home.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of sheets only if time permits!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking in or outside of the home. Violation will result in a $300/day cleaning fee due to the sensitivity of nicotine odors for future guests.
Late checkouts without prior approval are subject to a $100 late fee. Please message us in advance if you need extra time.
Failure to collect pet waste will result in a $25 per incident fee.

Tony was very responsive. Had some issues with the washing machine and he helped troubleshoot them. The place seemed clean on the surface but as we stripped the beds as part of the check out procedure we discovered otherwise. Tony did respond to our discovery and was very apologetic and assured us the issue would be addressed.

Our group was mainly in the area for hiking & biking. Home exactly as listed and is in a great location for trails & downtown fun. Bonus about this house was an attached garage to store our bikes and do maintenance. Even has a hose to use to wash our bikes. Owner was easy to work with.
