We had a wonderful stay at this unique property in downtown Louisville. The home is massive and fit our group very well. The host was a pleasure to work with. The location is perfect. The pool table, tv rooms, and lounge furniture were great. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely perfect for a bachelor party or a trip to the Kentucky Derby. The description says 5,000 square feet and it's every bit of it. There was PLENTY of room for 14 guys to roam, eat, have a drink, etc. 14 comfortable beds that are even more private feeling than the pictures indicated. Plus, this property is right in the heart of downtown Louisville. A three minute walk to the YUM Center and any Whiskey Row bars you'd want to attend. The bathroom situation is unique as it appears to be a converted office floor, but the stalls are private and I dont recall anyone waiting to use one all weekend. Comes with a pool table, table for games, little putting green, etc. Our group loved staying here and if we ever visited with a similar size group for the Derby, would be looking at this property again. The hosts were also quick to respond but truth be told, after check in, we didn't really need anything from them because everything was so well equipped and situated. You wont need glasses, cups for games, etc. I guarantee people probably left them. Great experience. Thanks!
