Built in 1894 with lots of original charm. Central to all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. Great place to have a weekend getaway.
Just a few blocks from an entrance to Razorback Greenway. Minutes to downtown Springdale and Arkansas Children's Hospital. 20 minutes to the University of Arkansas Campus. 20-25 Minutes to Chrystal Bridges and Downtown Bentonville.
We have tried to give the property modern touches while keeping the look and feel of the past.
This is a historic 1894 home with creaky floors, some of which are uneven. Expect a few quirks.
All bedrooms are located up stairs.
Fun facts: We named it The Coffey House to pay tribute to the bricks through out the home both inside and outside being handmade in Coffeyville Kansas.
We purchased the smaller round table in the breakfast nook from a family in Fayetteville. Story goes the small divot in the top of the table was caused by a chandelier falling during the war when a bomb hit her great grandparents home in Louisiana.
We made the coffee and end table out of old gates and barn wood located in NWA.
The chairs in breakfast nook, dining room, and sun sunroom have been lovingly restored/refreshed by their respective previous owners all from the local area.

We stayed here to visit the Tulip farm nearby and we really enjoyed it! It was close to downtown food, the house was very neat and clean, and the owner/manager was very helpful and responsive when I messaged with questions.
We had an absolute wonderful time while at the Circa 1894 Home! It's as quaint as It's looks like it will be! There is so much room to spread out. We spent time visiting with family and friends all evening, it was the perfect setting! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay! We would definitely stay there again, we loved it! The porch and deck were nice too.
I have lived in NWA since 2001 and absolutely love it here. I started hosting several years ago in Bentonville and have been on the look out for a historic home to buy and I finally found it!
