Hey there, nice to meet you! I'm Angela. My husband Jason and I have a blended family of seven kiddos, and we love to adventure! It's because of that that we'd fallen in love with the Sedona/Cottonwood area, as it's an incredibly gorgeous place to mountain bike, hike, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

Because of our big family, and knowing how difficult it can be to find a home that can fit us comfortably, we knew that we wanted to find a home that we could visit to that we could also bring to others to allow their big gatherings so that everyone could make memories together.

We hope you enjoy making memories in our Painted Desert Villa as much as we do, and will come back year after year for more fun! <3

Why they chose this property

We LOVE the large front porch that allows you to have a beautiful view of the mountain range. Also, the fact that you're so close to the hiking trails (the closest being 0.3 miles to over 22 miles of hiking and biking trails) makes for an easy time to get out into nature.

The neighborhood is in a country setting - the property itself sitting on over a 1/2 acre lot, yet you're still so close to everything, truly getting the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique

I really wanted to bring the true spirit and feel of Sedona and the desert into the home, so you can really feel like you're experiencing the area even when inside. I spent a lot of time focusing on detailed elements of the home so as to really help accomplish that.

Additionally, the fact that we're able to provide so many bedrooms and sleep so many people, as well as have many areas within and on the property for people to stretch out, means that our home truly can house your family gatherings all under one roof, allowing memories to be made with everyone together.
